(Associate) Originally from Charlottesville, Virginia, born November 9, 1973, Victoria graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Education. Prior to becoming an attorney, she worked as a fourth and fifth grade teacher. Her professional background has always included interaction with families and children.
She earned her law degree from the University of Oklahoma. For four years she worked for the Cleveland County District Attorney’s Office located in Norman, Oklahoma. There, her experience included the supervision of interns and prosecution of Domestic Violence, Sexual and Violent Offenses.
Returning to her southern roots in 2007, she worked as a Superior Court Prosecutor for the Harnett County District Attorney’s Office in Lillington, North Carolina, prior to joining Lewis, Deese and Nance, LLP.
She is licensed to practice law in both Oklahoma and North Carolina and has extensive courtroom experience. Her jury trials taken to a verdict include: Armed Robbery, Drug and Alcohol Offenses, Larceny, Rape and other Sex Crimes, Child Abuse and Domestic Violence. Her training includes topics such as Child Physical Abuse and Homicides. She also has participated in federally-sponsored programs through the National Advocacy Center in Columbia, South Carolina regarding Internet Crimes against Children and Child Pornography.
